Friendship House Association of Prince Rupert Alcohol and Drug Program Colleen Fines, Alcohol & Drug Counselor 744 Fraser Street Prince Rupert,BC Office Phone: 250-627-1717 x 34 Fax: 250-627-7533 E-mail: colleenfines@friendshiphouse.ca Hours of operation: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm We offer the following services: Clinical services (Assessment, Treatment) Groups/Courses Referrals to outside agencies, residential treatment programs, supportive recovery programs, etc. as well as local contacts for support systems Also in our community: women’s supportive recovery program (local transition house) The Friendship House Alcohol and Drug Program offers one –to-one counseling for individuals suffering from substance misuse as well as for those who are affected by someone else’s substance misuse. The program is accessible through self-referral or by being referred through another agency. The counselor works with the individual holistically through meeting the client’s personal goals and place of pain, also offers referrals to detox or residential treatment programs according to the individual’s wishes. Our program offers a Friday night Family Drop-In; all ages are welcome – snacks, crafts.
